Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund of any digital product purchased on this website within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

You do not need to give a reason. If the guide is not what you expected, tell us and we refund it.

The 14-day period starts on the date the order confirmation is sent, regardless of when you download or open the file.

2. There Is Nothing to Cancel

Your purchase is a single payment for a single file. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no automatic renewal.

A refund request is therefore just that — a request to return one payment. You are not cancelling an ongoing arrangement, because there is not one.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”, including:

• The email address used at checkout
• The order number from your confirmation email
• The approximate purchase date

Email is sufficient and no telephone call is required. You may also write to us at the postal address below, or call +1 (661) 579-6163 during business hours. Email is fastest and gives you a written record.

We will confirm receipt of your request within two business days.

4. Notes on Digital Content

Because the product is a digital file, it cannot be returned in the usual sense. There is nothing to ship back and nothing to prove.

We take you at your word. We do not require you to explain what you disliked, and we do not ask you to prove you did not read it.

Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the file ends and you agree to delete your copy.

5. What Is Not Covered

• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
• Orders where the file has been redistributed, resold, or posted publicly, which is a breach of the licence in our Terms of Use
• Repeat purchases of a product that was already refunded to the same buyer

Outside these cases, we do not decline refund requests. If you think an exception should be made for your situation, write to us and explain — we would rather handle it directly than have you dispute a charge.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our confirmation. We do not charge any processing fee.

How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Card refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days after we issue them; PayPal is usually faster.

If more than 10 business days have passed since our confirmation and you still see nothing, contact us and we will send you the transaction reference so you can trace it with your bank.
